After a fracture, prolonged immobilization can lead to muscle weakness and joint stiffness. Physiotherapy plays an important role in restoring movement and strength after the bone has healed.

Rehabilitation programs may include:

  • Range of motion exercises
  • Muscle strengthening programs
  • Balance and coordination training
  • Functional movement exercises

The goal is to restore the patient’s previous functional capacity.
